Parade & Opening Ceremony

The parade will start at 5pm, and conclude at the main stage at Shields school.

Any local group/or organization, or first responder is welcome to participate in the parade. We have ask all parade participants to be at the starting point (at Bastian Drive and Municipal Drive) at 4:30pm on Friday.
