The Sugar Grove Corn Boil Gives Back
Our Mission is to give back to the community!
Hosted by the Sugar Grove Corn Boil, NFP volunteers, the corn boil provides local groups and vendors an opportunity to raise funds via the large audience. In addition, after our annual event is done and our books are balanced, we would share in any profits with local not-for-profit organizations.
In 2018, the Corn Boil Committee presented checks to 18 local charities and organizations. Some of the recipients include:
- Between Friends Food Pantry
- John Shields School
- Friends of the Sugar Grove Library
- Kaneland Knights Wrestlers
- Sugar Grove Boy Scouts
- Kaneland Knights Wrestlers
- Karen McCannon Lights the Tree
- Kaneland Drum Corps
- Sugar Grove Historical Society
- Marmion Cross Country
- Conley Outreach
